Appointments

Urgent Appointment

To request an urgent appointment for today or tomorrow (Monday to Friday)

  • Phone us on 028 2766 0300 Option 2 Monday to Friday from 8:30am

Urgent appointments should really be for acute medical problems rather than ongoing conditions as we cannot offer you a specific doctor who may know your case well. If you can wait please do.  We cannot offer you a choice of appointment times, however if you are unwell and need attention we will do our best to ensure that you see a doctor as soon as possible.

  • By phone
  • Face to face at the surgery
  • On a video call
  • By text or email

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

If you cannot keep your appointment please phone to cancel ASAP.

You can also complete our appointment cancellation notification request form. This can only be used if your appointment has been arranged for more than 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends and public holidays). You can also text to cancel your appointment.
