COMPLAINTS

Complaints about your surgery should first be raised directly with the Practice Manager via our local resolution procedure. 

Please telephone reception and a member of the team will arrange for the Practice Manager to telephone you, this will be within 5 days of raising the issue.

All complaints are dealt with in line with SPPG and NIPSO protocol.
