Ordering repeat prescriptions

ONLINE

You can now order your medication by setting up an account by clicking in the link above.  This allows you to order repeat medication 24 hours per day 7 days per week.  This will keep a note of any repeat medications which you need to order regularly and it will save you time.  Although prescriptions are ordered the staff do not pick these up until during working hours, so please allow 24 hours from the Health Centre opens until you collect your medication and a further 24 hours if you request the meds to go to a chemist.

When ordering medication online please ensure that you have ordered it under the correct patients name and date of birth.  Individual patients can be set up under the one e-mail address. Under no circumstances should a patient order medication for another person under thier name.

VOICEMAIL

If you have difficulties using the online service you can telephone the Practice 24 hours per day 7 days per week and leave a voicemail on our answering machine.

Simply dial 028 2766 0300 and hit option 2 then option 1 - Leave your Name, Address, Date of Birth followed by the medication required including dosage which you require and let us know at the end of the message were you wish to collect your prescripton.

If we have difficulty understanding your order don't worry we can always phone you back!

AT RECEPTION

Some patients prefer to order their medication by speaking to a receptionist.  You can still do this although we do recommend that you use the voicemail service as you will not be kept in a queue on the telephones.  If you wish to speak to a receptionist please dial 028 2766 0300 and hit option 2, then option 2 again.  Please hold in the queue and a receptionist will take your call as soon as someone becomes available.

We have a postbox at reception as well.  You can complete one of our re-ordering slips and pop it into the box beside reception.  This is emptied at least twice per day.  This will ensure you don't have to wait in long queues at reception.
